Hellier McFarland was engaged by Lynch Street Holdings Pty Ltd & Jameson Capital (Joint Venture) to undertake the initial land survey, manage the town planning process and finally subdivide the apartment development located at 84 Lynch Street, Hawthorn.
The survey included title re-establishment, features and levels across the site, adjoining property details and two plans were subsequently prepared; an Existing Conditions Plan and Plan of Survey. The purpose of the survey was to assist with the architectural design and town planning processes associated with the apartment development.
Following on from the survey, we prepared, lodged and managed the planning permit application process including the management of consultants, to achieve a planning permit. The permit sought approval for 46 dwellings over five storeys and a waiver of car parking.
Finally, our firm managed the subdivision process including the preparation of Plans of Subdivision and dealings with Council and referral authorities. We note that as of August 2015, the subdivision process was still underway.
