Property analysis and development feasibility
We can provide a detailed analysis of the planning controls and policies affecting our clients' property and provide strategic advice enabling planning permission for our clients' properties.
This can include the preparation of a detailed site survey and site analysis from the surveying section of the firm (a site analysis plan is required with most planning permit applications in any case)
Planning permit applications
We have the expertise and experience in all aspects of Planning Permit Applications, including residential, commercial, industrial, liquor licensing, change of use etc and we can provide guidance and advice throughout the process. We can provide a full service in relation to the Permit process, including:
- Statutory advice regarding development proposals;
- units, dual occupancy and apartment building development;
- ResCode Assessments;
- Heritage;
- Restrictive Covenant Advice;
- response to Objections; and
- preparation of all planning documents for submission to Council, including full supporting reports to address planning controls and other applicable controls.
VCAT appeals
We have extensive experience with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and can represent our clients' interests, either acting as the advocate or as an expert witness. We offer advice on VCAT matters including feasibility, best approach and procedural matters.
