Planning Investigations, Assessments and Advice
We provide a detailed analysis of the planning controls and policies affecting your property and provide strategic advice to ensure planning permission. This can include the preparation of a detailed site survey and site analysis from the surveying section of the firm (note: a site analysis plan is required with most planning permit applications).
Planning permit applications
We have expertise and experience in all aspects of planning permit applications - including residential, commercial, industrial, liquor licensing, and change of use - and we can provide guidance and advice throughout the process. We can also provide a full service in relation to the permit process, including:
