The survey group welcomes graduates Nick Lawson and Steven Sheppard. Nick has recently graduated from the University of Melbourne having completed a Bachelor of Geomatic Engineering. Steven has recently graduated from RMIT having completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) with honours. Steven has worked in the industry for over 6 years in small and large private consultancies, as well as government. Nick and Steve have both undertaken to become Licensed Surveyors.

We also welcome Kellinde to the team. Kellinde recent experience was in private multi-disciplinary consultancy in East Gippsland as a Town Planner. While being a new member of our Town Planning group, Kellinde's experience and skills in operations and quality management will be utilised across Hellier McFarland-Cityplan.

The Town Planning group also welcome Craig Smith. Craig has qualifications in Planning & Design and Property & Construction. He has had wide ranging experience in town planning, property development, property consulting and commercial & industrial real estate. Craig's skills in these interrelated property disciplines gives him an ability to approach problem solving from multiple perspectives.

CEO Matthew Chapman says, "We are continuing to experience good growth across our groups. Nick and Steven's appointments are part of our strategy to increase the number of young, qualified surveyors who are on a path to becoming Licensed Surveyors. The Town Planning group will undergo a more rapid growth over the next 12 months. Kellinde and Craig's appointments are in line with this. Both are experienced, fresh thinking town planners that come to us with diverse experience".
