Law No. (27) of 2007 Concerning Ownership of Jointly Owned Property in the Emirate of Dubai was made public in April 2007. This Law sets out a practical system for the ownership and operational structure of developments where freehold land and common areas that are used by the unit owners exist.

The aim of the new legislation is to ensure strata and community developments are subdivided, titled and managed efficiently and that the integrity of the Dubai real estate market is upheld.

Hellier McFarland-Cityplan has established capacity to provide Dubai developers with strata title plans for registration with the Dubai Land Department & RERA.

HMF-Cityplan has considerable experience in the field of strata and community development subdivision in Australia and Dubai.
